Bible Verses About Grief and Comfort

God does not hurry the grieving. He draws near to them, and he has promised a day when death itself is gone. These passages hold both the nearness and the promise.

When to say them. Say them at a graveside, on an anniversary, and on the ordinary days when the loss comes back.
