Bible Verses About Loving Others

Jesus said the world would know his disciples by their love for one another. These passages describe that love, beginning with Paul’s portrait of what love does and does not do.

When to say them. Say them before you walk into a room, and when someone is hard to love.

  1. 1 Corinthians 13:4–7 Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.
